Scott and Laura had one of the most magical weddings ever. A rainy, gloomy day full of happiness and beauty. You could see their mark on every detail, and they pulled one of the hardest wedding styles, a very classy + fun wedding. You know how when someone wants a classy wedding, many times it ends up being boring? or when they think fun, it ends up being “too crazy”? Scott and Laura managed to have the prefect balance of both worlds, and that is a reflection of their nature. It was such a enjoyment to shoot this wedding. One of our very favorites for sure.
Laura was so calm on the day of, so poise as always and so kind with everyone around. Scott was just so full of excitement and good energy, you could tell he couldn’t wait one more second to be with Laura. Their ceremony was at an old church, near Laura’s childhood house, followed by a charming reception at Poplar Springs Manor, a venue that makes you feel like you’re at a castle in Scotland! and if that wasn’t enough, they prepared a Salsa dance for their first dance as Mr. and Mrs. Clark! (of course Sam and I hit the floor too… once it was open for everyone else). They wrapped up the night with a sparkler send off, and that was the beginning of their beautiful story as one.
